Job summary

中集天达物流系统工程有限公司 is seeking an experienced on-site project manager for long-term overseas assignments in the Middle East. You will lead site initialization, logistics, cargo receiving and container unpacking to ensure smooth material entry and standardized storage at the project site.

You will oversee construction planning, coordinate subcontractors, control progress and quality, and resolve conflicts and delays.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site management experience in mechatronics or related projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD reading of drawings is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle on-site construction and installation planning, including plan formulation, implementation, dynamic adjustment and progress tracking.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site subcontractors, control progress and quality, and resolve conflicts and delays.
• Serve as liaison with clients and suppliers, synchronize progress, report issues and coordinate resources.
• Conduct overall on-site progress control, monitor milestones and supervise project delivery to ensure on-time completion.
• Control on-site costs, manage labor and materials, assist with construction documents and payment collection.
• Undertake on-site HSE management, implement safety regulations, inspections and hazard investigations to ensure safe operation.

Job description

1. Take charge of site initialization, on-site logistics arrangement, cargo receiving, unloading and container unpacking management to ensure smooth material entry and standardized storage at the project site.

2. Manage the full cycle of on-site construction and installation planning, including plan formulation, implementation, dynamic adjustment and progress tracking to guarantee orderly project execution.

3. Coordinate and supervise all on-site subcontractors, strictly control construction progress and quality, standardize operating procedures, and resolve cross-operation conflicts, quality risks and schedule delays in a timely manner.

4. Serve as the on-site communication liaison with clients and suppliers, synchronize project progress, report on-site issues, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure efficient and smooth business communication.

5. Conduct overall on-site progress control, monitor overall and phased project milestones, track construction progress regularly, and supervise project delivery to ensure on-time completion.

6. Responsible for on-site cost control, reasonably manage labor, materials and operational expenses to avoid resource waste; assist the commercial team in sorting out construction documents, confirming site visas and promoting payment collection.

7. Fully undertake on-site HSE management responsibilities, implement safety construction regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, hazard investigation, safety disclosure and personnel safety management to ensure zero safety accidents and compliant site operation.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Integration, Industrial Control, Engineering Management or related fields is preferred.

2. At least 2 years of on-site management experience in Mechatronics , automation or intelligent logistics engineering projects, familiar with overseas project construction procedures.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for report and document sorting; skilled in AutoCAD with the ability to read construction and equipment drawings.

4. Candidates with intelligent logistics equipment project experience, registered construction engineer certificate or special electrician operation certificate are highly preferred.

5. Logical thinking with rigorous working attitude, possessing excellent on-site overall arrangement, communication, coordination and emergency problem-solving capabilities.

6. Clear understanding and mature practical experience in project site management systems and construction specifications.

7. Able to work on long-term overseas assignment in the Middle East, strong stress resistance and good team compliance.
