Overview

CCTC has been in existence for over 40 years, operating from its base in the United Arab Emirates. During this time, CCTC has grown to become a significant player in the engineering and contracting sector in the Middle East and Gulf markets.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct offshore installation/construction activities.
  • Review project scope of work thoroughly to ensure timely schedule achievement.
  • Monitor daily work progress and conduct offshore meetings with the crew.
  • Provide daily offshore progress updates to the Construction Manager.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
  • Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and proper techniques.
  • Review man-hours and forecast durations for offshore construction and installation.
  • Monitor productivity and schedule performance, investigating any issues.
  • Promote safety standards and culture among the team.
  • Coordinate with the site team daily and plan offshore campaigns, including resources and subcontractors.
  • Develop procedures and close-out comments for projects.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Assist in project constructability, fabrication, planning, installation, and handover, ensuring compliance with contracts and policies.
  • Participate in constructability reviews to minimize schedule delays and costs.
  • Manage QA/QC matters on-site, develop KPIs, and monitor construction activities.
  • Support the handover process for mechanical completion and project delivery.
  • Supervise and guide the site team, coordinate daily activities, and attend safety meetings.
  • Track and report on construction planning and progress regularly.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas fabrication/offshore installation, including 2-3 years in the GCC region. At least 5 years in similar roles within international Oil & Gas industries. Experience with ADNOC is an advantage. Candidates should have experience in offshore platform/topside refurbishment or installation work.
