Job summary

Bu Haleeba Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to deliver emergency first aid care on site, assess and monitor workforce health, and manage injury and illness with referrals. You will maintain medical logs, ensure confidentiality, and support HSSE and HR with return-to-work guidance.

A BSN, MOH license, and BLS/ACLS are required, with at least 3 years in industrial health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) recognized for occupational health roles.
• Current MOH nursing license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• At least 3 years' occupational health nursing experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in emergency response and first aid management.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and stabilize injuries until handover.
• Coordinate ambulance transfers and support emergency drills.
• Conduct basic health screenings and monitor vital signs.
• Escalate health concerns and coordinate referrals with HSSE HR.
• Maintain clinic readiness and ensure hygiene and supplies.

Job description

Deliver emergency first aid care and stabilize cases until handover to ambulance medical facility Conduct health assessment and monitoring to ensure workforce fitness and early risk detection Manage injury and illness cases on site through treatment referral coordination and follow-up Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting aligned with HSSE requirements

Key Responsibilities

Emergency First Aid Care

• Provide immediate first aid response and emergency stabilization for work-related injuries illnesses
• Coordinate ambulance hospital transfer when required and support emergency response drills from a medical perspective

Health Assessment Monitoring

• Conduct basic health screening monitoring as assigned e g vital signs fitness checks trend observation
• Escalate health concerns and recommend referral actions to HSSE site management as required

Injury Illness Management

• Treat minor injuries and illnesses within nursing scope and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Coordinate referrals to clinics hospitals and support return-to-work guidance in coordination with HSSE HR as applicable
• Maintain clinic first aid room readiness hygiene supplies and equipment availability

Documentation Reporting

• Maintain medical logs first aid registers referral records and incident-related documentation
• Submit required medical first aid reports to HSSE management and support investigation documentation when required
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of medical information and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification in a healthcare-related field.
• Current nursing license (MOH) and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing or in a similar industrial setting.
• Experience in emergency response and first aid management, preferably in a high-risk environment.
