Job summary

MIRAL.LLC is seeking a dedicated Site Nurse to provide primary healthcare at our construction site in Dubai. You will administer first aid, manage medical emergencies, maintain medical records, and promote workplace wellness in line with UAE regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing injuries, coordinating ambulance services, keeping medical supplies stocked, and supporting the HSE team to improve safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• DHA/MOH/DOH Nursing License (or eligibility) required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in construction/industrial health.
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Nurse to join our team and provide primary healthcare services at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees by providing first aid, managing medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, and promoting workplace wellness in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees and visitors on site
• Assess injuries and illnesses and determine whether further medical attention or hospitalization is required
• Monitor the health and wellbeing of employees and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments within the scope of practice
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and arrange ambulance services when necessary
• Conduct regular inspections of first aid kits and ensure medical supplies are fully stocked
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs
• Promote health awareness and educate employees on workplace safety and preventive healthcare
• Support pre-employment and periodic medical examinations where required
• Maintain confidential medical documentation in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations
• Work closely with the HSE team to investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH regulations and company health and safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH Nursing License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a construction, industrial, or occupational health environment
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory. ACLS is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
• Excellent emergency response and first aid skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
