Job summary

Mira Construction L.L.C. is seeking a compassionate Construction Site Nurse to provide healthcare support and emergency medical assistance at our construction sites.

The Site Nurse will administer first aid, monitor workers’ health, promote health and safety awareness, and support occupational health initiatives onsite. The ideal candidate holds a UAE-recognized nursing license, with proven experience in clinical or industrial settings, and holds First Aid and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a UAE-recognized license.
• Experience as a nurse, preferably in construction/industrial settings.
• First Aid and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment at construction sites.
• Monitor health conditions of workers and refer to medical facilities when needed.
• Maintain health records and report incidents promptly.
• Conduct health and safety training on occupational hazards and preventive care.

Mira Construction L.L.C is seeking a compassionate and experienced Construction Site Nurse to provide healthcare support and emergency medical assistance at our construction sites. The Site Nurse will be responsible for administering first aid, monitoring workers' health, promoting health and safety awareness, and supporting occupational health initiatives onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers injured or unwell onsite.
• Monitor and assess the health conditions of employees and refer cases to medical facilities when necessary.
• Maintain health records and report any illness or injury incidents promptly.
• Conduct health and safety training sessions related to occupational hazards and preventive care.
• Coordinate with safety officers and management to promote workplace safety and hygiene.
• Manage and maintain medical supplies and first aid kits at the site.
• Ensure compliance with company health policies and local health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with a valid nursing license recognized in UAE.
• Proven experience working as a nurse, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• First Aid and CPR certification are mandatory.
