Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for delivering luxury interior spaces? ALEC FITOUT is looking for a Site Manager to oversee the execution of a prestigious high-end fit-out project based in Ras Al Khaimah.

What You’ll Do

As Site Manager, you will:

• Manage site execution from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality
• Lead a site team and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively resolve project challenges
• Monitor progress, conduct weekly reviews, and support commercial claims and variations
• Uphold the highest HSE and quality standards across site activities
• Develop, mentor, and motivate your construction team

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (BEng, BTEC, ND)
• 10+ years’ construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in luxury fit-out
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Familiarity with contract law, project scheduling, and fit-out execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
