Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de sites d'événements en direct.
• Excellente compréhension des protocoles de sécurité et de logistique.
• Fluente en anglais, l'arabe est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Superviser tous les travaux sur site allant de l'installation à l'événement en direct.
• Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et l'équipage pour garantir la livraison sans accroc.
• Maintenir le contrôle de la qualité dans toutes les phases de livraison.

About the Role

As a Site Manager youll be the on-ground leader ensuring that event builds installations and live operations run smoothly and safely. Youll work closely with production technical and operations teams coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time to spec and without a hitch.

What Youll Do

Manage Site Activity Supervise all on-site works including setup breakdown and live event phases.

Enforce Site Safety & Regulations Ensure compliance with health safety and venue requirements.

Liaise with Contractors Coordinate with vendors suppliers and crew to ensure seamless delivery.

Track Site Progress Monitor timelines and solve issues proactively to avoid delays.

Team Coordination Manage and guide site crew and subcontractors to maintain high standards.

Quality Assurance Maintain quality control across all aspects of event delivery.

About You

Operationally Strong Hands-on knowledge of site operations for large-scale events.

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds

Solid understanding of rigging builds logistics and event health & safety protocols

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

UAE-based or open to relocation

Valid UAE driving license preferred
