Job Purpose :
The Site Manager is responsible for managing the MEP / CIVIL services and ensuring support for the organization’s facilities.
Job Description
Job Title : Site Manager
Department : Operations
Reporting To : Area Manager or Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, evaluate performance, and direct staff workflow. Participate in setting and achieving goals and objectives.
- Ensure goals are met timely; maintain staffing levels; ensure compliance with ongoing education requirements.
- Develop plans, prioritize tasks, and lead department staff. Mentor staff in efficient operations.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations within budget. Oversee budget development, planning, and management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department managers on initiatives and goals.
- Develop and monitor customer satisfaction and safety plans.
- Perform functions according to policies, procedures, and standards, providing excellent service.
Operational Responsibilities :
- Implement service level agreements; monitor budgets; evaluate services for revenue opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs; ensure quality assurance and health & safety procedures are followed.
Customer Relations :
- Represent the company in meetings; develop relationships with authorities; manage customer expectations.
Communications :
- Establish clear authority lines; ensure policies are implemented; develop understanding with service providers.
- Hold regular meetings; manage contracts within budget; ensure proper documentation.
Other Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with QHSE managers; monitor personnel quality; ensure documentation compliance; work on operational efficiencies.
QHSE Responsibilities :
- Ensure health and safety compliance; inform staff of hazards; report incidents; implement safety measures.
Skills Required :
- Strong management skills; experience managing 30+ staff; problem-solving; excellent communication; negotiation; organizational skills; financial acumen; research skills; clear writing; flexibility.
Qualifications :
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree
Other Requirements :
- 5-10 years' FM management experience; multicultural exposure; leadership; project management skills.
