About Your Team

This position reports directly to the Operations Director and indirectly to the Senior Project Manager, with 4+ direct reports. You will work closely with contractors, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure seamless logistics operations across the project lifecycle.

Your Role

As a Site Logistics Manager – Snr, you will:

• Lead and manage site-wide logistics activities in alignment with client policies and project requirements.
• Oversee Contractors’ Logistics Management Plans, including traffic, lifting operations, and waste strategy.
• Coordinate and manage land use permits, Authority-to-Process documentation, and stakeholder approvals.
• Plan and forecast haul roads, laydown areas, and offloading zones to support site operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics systems and contractor performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, HSE, and branding standards through monitoring and inspections.
• Prepare reports, conduct senior leadership site tours, and provide high-level recommendations to management.

• Experience: 10+ years in construction logistics, with proven leadership in large-scale projects.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics management, traffic planning, and supply chain processes.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong communication, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Desirable: Familiarity with logistics software, cross-border transport, and advanced project management tools.
• Education: Relevant qualification in logistics, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
