Khatib & Alami in Dubai invites a Site Inspector - Materials to join our infrastructure projects team. The role focuses on inspection of construction works, materials testing coordination, and enforcement of QA/QC, HSSE, and client requirements on site.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of site inspection experience, and fluent Arabic and English. Strong drawing interpretation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of construction supervision services.
• Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect construction works and ensure adherence to drawings and specs.
• Support HSSE procedures on sites and raise non-conformities.
• Review contractor submittals, work programs, and traffic plans.
• Assist planning engineers with monitoring daily site activities.
• Prepare commissioning reports and assist with defect lists.
• Support handover and defects liability activities.
