Job Purpose
The Site HR Administrator shall provide comprehensive support at the site level, ensuring timely and accurate handling of personnel documentation, compliance with company HR policies, and support to project/site management on HR-related matters.
Job Duties
HR & Administrative Activities
- Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, attendance, employee records, and all necessary information required for the manpower available on site.
- Receiving, capturing, collating, and distributing information with the assistance of the site and HR/admin team.
- Dealing with queries, complaints, and requests for information raised from the site.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for the mobilization and demobilization, along with obtaining the critical records from them.
- Maintaining training records and booking training courses.
- Assisting in the training functions such as induction, onsite training, and others.
- Ensuring safe custody of original documents and handing them over as and when required.
- Maintaining records of the relevant documents for the subcontractor and suppliers, including visas, medical, passes, vaccinations, and all necessary records to run a smooth operation.
- Attendance & Timekeeping, including recording absenteeism, leave, and overtime, and also coordinating with Payroll for accurate attendance data submission.
General
- Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above, and as instructed by the immediate manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience on site/project, experience with DUSUP is a plus.
- Must have hands-on experience handling the manpower and site matters.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
