Job summary

BeMD is a Dubai-based company delivering premium pool, spa, wellness and sauna installations for high-end villas and developments across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead on-site execution of pool, jacuzzi, sauna and wellness-zone installations from groundwork through commissioning, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring premium standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on foreman experience, strong ability to read technical drawings and BOQs, and fluent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site foreman or supervisor on construction, MEP, or pool/spa/wellness installation projects, ideally in the UAE or GCC.
• Hands-on experience with pool filtration and water treatment systems (pumps, filters, dosing/chemical treatment).
• Solid experience working with wood/timber — sauna and outdoor wood construction or carpentry supervision.
• Ability to read and work confidently from technical drawings, BOQs and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations across pool, sauna and wellness installation works, coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure installation quality and compliance with technical drawings, BOQs and manufacturer specifications.
• Supervise pool equipment installation, including filtration, circulation and water treatment systems.
• Supervise timber/wood works (sauna panelling, decking, benches, cladding) to ensure correct materials handling and finish quality.
• Track progress against schedule, manage site logistics, and flag/resolve issues before they cause delays.
• Liaise directly with consultants, contractors and clients on site, including reporting in English.
• Enforce site safety standards and quality control.

• High level of spoken and written English is required — you'll be communicating directly with international consultants, clients and manufacturers; Arabic or Russian is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license
