Job Title: Site Foreman – Marble, Ceramic & Construction

Job Description:

We are a leading construction and marble company in the UAE looking for a highly experienced Site Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in marble and ceramic works, along with general construction site supervision. You will be responsible for daily site operations, managing labor, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead site activities related to marble and ceramic installation, as well as general construction tasks.
• Ensure proper implementation of project plans and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper finishing of marble and ceramic work.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE, specifically in marble, ceramic, and construction works.
• Strong knowledge of marble and ceramic installation methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layout plans.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
• Knowledge of UAE labor and safety regulations.
• Must be currently available in the UAE with valid residency or transferable visa.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
