About the Role:

We are looking for experienced MEP Site Engineers to join a prestigious 5-star hotel and resort construction project in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a high-profile development for a renowned clientin construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP works on large-scale building projects, preferably hotels or resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to Mechanical and Plumbing installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and project quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, material requisitions, and site diaries.
• Ensure timely execution of MEP works in line with project schedules.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4–7 years of MEP site experience in building construction projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong exposure to luxury hotel or resort projects is a major advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
