About Your Team

This role sits within the Operations Department and reports directly to the Senior Site Engineer and Site Manager. The department is responsible for the daily business activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow across all functions. It focuses on process improvement, resource optimization, and timely service delivery.

Your Role

Reporting to the Senior Site Engineer / Site Manager, you will support on-site construction works, ensuring activities are executed in line with project requirements, HSE, and quality standards. This is a full-time, project-based role following a Monday–Saturday work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site execution aligns with contract specifications, drawings, and safety standards
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and material submittals
• Track procurement schedules and material deliveries
• Coordinate inspections and raise IRs for site activities
• Maintain updated drawing registers and as-built records
• Monitor daily progress, delays, and report site concerns to the senior team
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of site experience (MEP or Civil), preferably in data centers or complex projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE protocols, construction methodologies, and project controls
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with BIM tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
