We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer specializing in interior fitout projects for luxury residences. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of high-end interior turnkey projects by coordinating on-site activities, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with clients and contractors to deliver impeccable results. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily site activities related to interior fitout, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. - Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials. - Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Conduct site inspections to ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met consistently. - Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. - Assist in procurement and review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy. - Ensure all project documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior fitout projects, preferably for luxury residential properties. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in interior turnkey projects. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination. - Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite. - Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and manage multiple project priorities efficiently.
