We're Hiring: Site Engineer – High-End Fit-Out | ALEC FITOUT | Ras Al Khaimah

Do you thrive in fast-paced construction environments and have a sharp eye for detail in interior execution? We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join our ALEC FITOUT team and help deliver some of the region’s most iconic high-end interior projects.

Who We Are

At ALEC FITOUT, part of the ALEC Group, we specialise in luxury interior and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, retail, cultural, and commercial sectors. From concept to completion, we manage engineering, design, procurement, and executio all in-house.

Your Role as Site Engineer

• Execute and oversee construction activities from initiation to close-out
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for method statements, inspections, and work schedules
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Lead internal snagging and testing & commissioning coordination
• Provide daily progress reports and ensure adherence to project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Civil Construction (BEng, BTEC, ND)
• 5+ years of site experience in construction (preferably high-end interiors)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technology
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering quality and precision in every detail
