Job summary

SIBCA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to monitor, coordinate, and supervise ongoing site activities in the UAE. The role requires ensuring installations are performed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and our QHSE policy.

You will prepare and attend inspections with QC and consultants and provide regular progress reports to senior staff. Key duties include labor distribution, Civil Defence inspections, client meetings, stock monitoring,

Qualifications

• Experience with fire fighting, protection, suppression, and special systems is preferred.
• Ability to read shop drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and supervise site activities.
• Ensure installation aligns with approved drawings, method statements, and QHSE policy.
• Prepare, submit, and attend inspections of WIRs/MIRs with QC and consultant.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to superiors.
• Distribute labor on a day-to-day basis with site supervisors and foremen.
• Attend Civil Defence inspections and client meetings.
• Monitor material stock at sites and raise material requests.
• Train clients on systems at project handover and closure.

Job description

• Monitor, coordinate, and supervise the site activities.

• Make sure installation is done as per approved shop drawings, method statements and as per the company's QHSE policy.

• Preparation, submission & attending inspection of WIR’s & MIR’s with QC & consultant.

• Submission of daily & weekly progress reports to superiors

• Day-to-day labor distribution according to open work fronts, in coordination with site supervisors, in-charges, and foreman.

• Attending Civil Defence inspections.

• Attending site meetings with clients along with superiors

• Monitoring materials stock at sites and initiating materials requests.

• Conducting Client training on the systems at the project location for project handover and closure.
