Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and oversee construction activities efficiently.
Prepare detailed reports on progress, delays, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and material usage.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety audits and training.
Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to resolve on-site design discrepancies promptly.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and laborers, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and minimizing project delays.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, changes, and inspections to support project completion.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being an advantage in multicultural teams.
Strong analytical skills are essential for problem-solving and decision-making in complex project scenarios.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide teams through challenges and ensure project alignment.
A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends is necessary.
Physical fitness is important to navigate construction sites and perform on-ground inspections.
Valid UAE license is a must.
