Job summary

Talentigence is seeking a Site Engineer to join a UAE-based construction company. The role requires overseeing daily activities on site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings and quality standards, and maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 3–6 years UAE contracting experience, with strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 3-6 years UAE contracting/building construction experience expected.
• Experience in residential, commercial or high-rise projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, planners and clients.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues.
• Support project team for timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.

Talentigence is hiring an experienced Site Engineer for an opportunity with a Construction / Contracting company in the UAE.

Location: UAE • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 12,000 per month • Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, planners and clients.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Requirements
