We are seeking a Site Engineer with a strong background in civil structural and fit-out works, ideally with Gulf experience, to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring project specifications are met, and coordinating between various teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and timelines.

• Supervise and execute structural and fit-out works on site.
• Ensure project implementation is as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Manage materials, resources, and site logistics efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region, with strong exposure to fit-out and structural works.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
