Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, civil, MEP, or related fields. The successful candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and coordinate with project teams to facilitate timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, health & safety policies, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, work schedules, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
