We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

1. Manage day-to-day construction activities onsite, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
2. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical submittals.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions.
6. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
7. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to optimize project execution.
8. Monitor and control project costs, materials, and resources to maintain budget compliance.
9. Implement and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
10. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
5. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
6. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
7. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
