• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site engineering experience, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project execution.
