Job Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.
Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site engineering experience, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project execution.
Preferred certifications such as PMP or NEBOSH to enhance project management and safety compliance expertise.
Experience in large-scale construction projects.
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) to aid in planning and execution.
Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
