Fire Alarm - Site Engineer

Role Description:

Site Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems at various construction sites. The role will involve ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop fire protection system designs in collaboration with architects and designers, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize the placement and sizing of fire suppression systems/Fire Pump/Sprinkler System/Standpipe System.
• Review and evaluate fire protection system submittals and shop drawings for compliance with design specifications.
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets for fire protection system installations.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Min 5-10 years of UAE experience in Construction & Electromechanical Industries.

Role Specific Qualifications & Training:

Strong knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, local codes).

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
