Job Description
- Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and management, enhancing transparency and communication.
- Perform regular inspections and assessments of ongoing work to identify issues early and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Utilize advanced software tools for modeling and design analysis, improving accuracy in project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop detailed blueprints and project plans that reflect client needs and project specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethical practices.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering, showcasing a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software, essential for creating and analyzing detailed engineering plans.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing project risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, allowing for quick identification and resolution of issues that may arise on-site.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enhancing communication in diverse project environments.
