Job summary

ALBADDAD Group is seeking a well-organized site engineer to manage multiple construction projects and lead on-site crews. You will prepare time and material estimates, ensure safety and QA compliance, observe health and safety standards, and compile reports for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineers and contractors, develop detailed work schedules, and communicate adjustments to teams and clients while maintaining project deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of construction experience is required.
• Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
