Job summary

Sterenzon Advisory is seeking a hands-on Site Engineer (Civil) for ultra-luxury villa projects in Dubai. You will be the on-site presence, supervising contractors and coordinating Trakhees and municipality inspections to ensure smooth approvals.

Ideal candidates have a BSc in Civil Engineering, 3–6 years of UAE villa or low-rise experience, and strong on-site focus with good command of English. Visa and benefits offered, with growth from the ground up as our first engineer.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering (attested or attestable) and registered as company engineer.
• SOE Card: Active membership with the UAE Society of Engineers via Nawras.
• 3–6 years' experience, UAE villa or low-rise experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Trakhees and/or Dubai Municipality inspection procedures.
• Comfortable being on site all day; not an office role.
• Good English; Arabic a plus.

Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil) — Villa Construction & Renovation, Dubai

We're a new contracting company working on ultra luxury villa renovations and new builds in Dubai, and we're looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to be our full-time presence on site.

What you'll do

• Run the site day to day — supervising contractors and flagging issues for attention.
• Book and attend Trakhees/Dubai Municipality inspections and manage NOCs and permits.
• Keep daily site records and report directly to the owner.

What we're looking for

BSc in Civil Engineering (attested or attestable — this is essential, as you'll be registered as our company engineer).

• SOE Card: Active membership with the UAE Society of Engineers via Nawras.
• 3–6 years' experience, with UAE villa or low-rise experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Trakhees and/or Dubai Municipality inspection procedures.
• Comfortable being on site all day, every day — this is not an office role.
• Attention to detail and able to follow clear instructions.
• Good English; Arabic a plus

Salary
