The role requires a strong foundation in design principles, 5+ years in site architecture, and 8+ years in high-rise consultancy (G+30), with experience in commercial, luxury hotels and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site architecture.
• 8+ years experience in high-rise building consultancy (G+30).
• Experience in commercial, luxury hotels and residential projects.
