About Your Team
You will report to the General Manager and be a pivotal member of the site team, managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities that support operations, logistics, HR, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with production staff, suppliers, and office teams to keep workflows smooth and aligned with business needs.

As a Site Administrator, you will oversee administrative coordination at the joinery factory site from documentation and communication to scheduling and logistics. Your responsibilities will include:
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in a similar administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
Knowledge: Site documentation management, reporting, workforce admin, logistics, and internal communication
Expertise: Microsoft Office Suite, task tracking systems, basic data reporting, and organizational best practices
