BG Global in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a skilled Single Facer Operator to manage board production at the single facer stage. The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience in corrugated packaging manufacturing and a solid understanding of flute profiles, paper grades, and the board making process.

You will operate and monitor the BHS Single Facer, set up parameters, control glue, temperature, and pressure, and ensure board quality while coordinating with wet and dry end

Qualificações

• 2–5 years’ experience as Single Facer Operator (BHS preferred).
• Hands-on experience in corrugated packaging manufacturing.
• Knowledge of flute profiles, paper grades, and board making processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues; safety aware.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor BHS Single Facer machine.
• Set up machine parameters based on production requirements.
• Control flute formation, glue application, temperature, and pressure settings.
• Monitor board quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues.
• Coordinate with wet end and dry end teams for smooth workflow.
• Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and production records.
