Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide realistic performance during various ATC scenarios as per the exercise script/objective.
2. Participate in testing and configuration of relevant equipment and software related to the simulator and its upgrades.
3. Maintain operational knowledge and understanding of associated/ancillary equipment.
4. Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant parts of ICAO documents, AIP, and local ATC instructions.
5. Perform duties as ATSI/LCE/OJTI.
6. Manage direct reports with maximum supervision and indirect reports with minimal supervision.

Knowledge & Experience

• High School Degree or higher, with substantial courses in ATC or related environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in any ATC unit or five years in an aviation-related environment.
• Preferably an APL License holder.
• Proficiency in ICAO phraseology and terminology for emergency simulation.
• Good knowledge of aviation subjects like Air Traffic Services, Meteorology, air navigation, aircraft emergencies, Radar, and Navigational aids is advantageous.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and simulation software operation.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to follow set guides in a simulated environment, understanding operational instructions like SI/TI/OBs.
