Looking for an experienced Production Manager for a signage workshop, working in coordination with the Operations Manager and General Manager.

Ninety Nine Advertising is a complete signage/stickers factory with a strong team that we are looking to expand.

We produce all work in-house using state-of-the-art equipment, supplying and fitting signage and graphics for companies across the UAE.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

1. Handle approved jobs from receiving the job order from the Operations Manager until signing the delivery note from the client.
2. Manage work schedules accurately and efficiently.
3. Ensure minimal waste by reducing material waste during production and reworks during installation at sites.
4. Train workers and improve their skills for efficiency by teaching best work methods and practices.
5. Calculate workers' overtime.
6. Increase the production team through effective hiring.
7. Conduct quality control of signs prior to production/distribution to ensure standards meet client expectations.
