Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating follow-up to ensure a smooth sales experience. The role involves maintaining showroom displays, ensuring all products are presented to brand standards, and collaborating with the interior design and operations teams on customer projects. The specialist also supports sales targets, participates in promotional activities, and uses customer feedback to enhance showroom experience and service quality.
