Job summary

Top Deck Group of Companies is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Dubai. You will handle inquiries from various channels, explain product features and pricing, and prepare quotations and sales orders to convert inquiries into sales.

You will maintain relationships with customers, coordinate with sales and operations for smooth order processing, and strive to meet monthly and annual sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous indoor/showroom sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in showroom/office and understand their requirements.
• Handle sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other documents.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns professionally.
