Job description

To plan, manage, and lead showroom sales to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth, efficient, and effective showroom operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed the budgeted targets in volume and profit.
  2. Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team to ensure successful achievement.
  3. Monitor the sales process, including initial customer contact, needs clarification, prospect identification, follow-up, final closure, and quality of sales documentation, to maintain high standards throughout.
  4. Maximize the use of demos and monitor demo-to-sale ratios.
  5. Oversee the PDI process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle critical issues, major customer complaints, or escalations promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  7. Prepare monthly stock requirement lists, specifying make, model, and quantity of vehicles for approval.
  8. Engage regularly with existing and prospective customers to build profitable relationships and understand their current and future needs.
  9. Manage all showroom aspects, including display, housekeeping, and product information, to project a positive brand image.
  10. Guide and motivate team members to improve performance, produce quality work, and develop for higher roles.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Dynamic and proactive personality.
  4. Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
  5. Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  7. Strong understanding of showroom merchandising.
