Job Overview

The Showroom Manager is responsible to lead the showroom and manage the portfolio of the brands. This job is responsible for the overall management and direction of the showroom, overseeing sales and ensuring exceptional customer service to clients. In addition, this job is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and designers, while meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve showroom targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the showroom team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and merchandising displays.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always maintained.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including attending industry events and networking with potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide education and training to the showroom team.
  • Analyse sales data and develop action plans to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Ensure all administrative duties, such as order processing and inventory management, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability of the showroom.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the models and features to provide accurate information to customers and staff.
  • Ensure that the showroom is properly maintained, and displays are up to date and attractive.
  • Train and motivate staff to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and follow-up after the sale.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that vehicles are properly prepared for delivery.

  • Background in luxury retail sales, as well as a solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in business or related field.
