Showroom Manager

About the Role:

Responsible for the daily management of the showroom branch, overseeing the sales process, increasing market share, enhancing customer satisfaction with products and services, and ensuring the professional appearance and image of the showroom and staff.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture sales (cabinets and kitchens) in the same role (Showroom Manager).
• Presentable and well-mannered.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products, competitors’ markets, and pricing.
• Ability to manage a team of no less than 10 members.
• Proficiency in English.
• Understanding of the technical/engineering aspects of project execution and the financial aspects of showroom management.
• Proficiency in computer use and specialized design software.
