Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Manage daily operations of the showroom to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability. - Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve performance. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
