In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing showroom operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Manage daily operations of the showroom to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability. - Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve performance. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the furniture or retail industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Good understanding of furniture products and market trends in the UAE. - Ability to analyze sales data and market insights. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
