Your responsibilities:

Provide information about products or services when needed.

Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone

Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM

Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation

Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Professional personal appearance

Listening and telephone skills

Organized and customer focused

Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to be able to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
