Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Show Operator Assistant Video - Theater Operations. You will support the Head Lighting & Video in supervising staff, scheduling, training, and maintaining video systems for rehearsals and performances.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5+ years as an Assistant Head of Video for large-scale shows, with expertise in modern theatrical video systems and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years as Assistant Head of Video for large-scale shows.
• Experience with modern theatrical video systems (operation, installation, troubleshooting).
• Ability to manage staff and perform under pressure; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Head Lighting & Video with supervising staff and training new employees.
• Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping and inventory of consumables.
• Maintain safe, consistent operation of all video systems during rehearsals and performances.
• Support development of show cues and adjust as directed by Director/Production.
