Shopper Marketing Intern

This position reports into Gulf Execution Excellence Manager and is based in Dubai, in Head office in Health Care city.

What You Will Do

The Gulf Shopper Marketing Intern is responsible for analysing shopper insights, contributing to promotional campaigns, supporting in POSMB development, and collaborating with retail partners. Overall, the internship provides hands-on experience in diverse retail excellence activities, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that impact consumer purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopper Insights Analysis: Analyse sales and sell-out data to identify trends and insights that inform shopper marketing strategies.
• Activation & Promotion Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-store activations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure seamless implementation of Gulf Activity Calendar.
• Execution Excellence Operations: Support the development and implementation of Retail Excellence projects such as Perfect Store, Activity Grid, Promo Excellence, Kitcode creation, Chameleon Promo System Clean up, etc.
• POSM Agencies Coordination: Liaise with external agencies for Point-of-Sale Material, and facilitate ad hoc and planned activations requests.
• BME Budget Management: Lead the PO-Payment process and ensure efficient tracking is done.
• Support in preparation of necessary Performance Review analysis or presentations needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree from Business discipline.

Desired Qualifications

• Solid analytical skills/numbers oriented.
• Advanced Excel.
• PO process and budget tracking understanding.
• SAP system experience is an advantage.
