Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on Shopify development experience.

• Strong in Liquid templating, JavaScript, React
• UI/UX awareness: read Figma designs and implement with attention to detail
• Figma: navigate design files, understand specs and design systems
• Backend: Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL basics
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar)
• Version control: Git, GitHub
• Problem-solving and self-directed
• Clear communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify Plus themes (Liquid, custom sections, responsive design)
• Build and integrate custom Shopify apps (REST/GraphQL APIs)
• Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, CRM, analytics, returns systems)
• Translate Figma designs into functional, performant code
• Optimize store performance and conversion (page speed, UX, Core Web Vitals)
