Why does this role exist?
As our client s portfolio of brands continues to expand, there is an immediate need for a resourceful Shopify and Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver seamless executive support and digital marketing expertise. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal onboarding time. The specialist will play a key role in integrating into the team, enhancing e-commerce performance, and connecting marketing, operations, and brand partners.

The Impact you ll make

Shopify & E-commerce Management

• Run analytics and generate actionable insights from Shopify reports
• Update and manage Shopify themes and landing pages
• Oversee product listings and ensure e-commerce best practices

Digital Marketing & CRM

• Execute campaigns and manage flows in Klaviyo
• Maintain and optimize CRM data in HubSpot or similar platforms
• Facilitate email marketing and customer segmentation initiatives

Executive & Administrative Support

• Attend and document calls, take detailed notes, and track activities
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support leadership

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, partners, and brands
• Communicate effectively across digital channels such as Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (including analytics and theme management)
• Proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
• Strong working knowledge of Notion
• Previous experience in an e-commerce or B2B digital marketing environment
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
