Job summary

Steel Man Machining and Forming of Metals LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to establish and manage an efficient shop-floor operation from the initial stage, organizing layouts, workflows and SOPs to ensure safe, productive manufacturing.

You will oversee fabrication welding metal forming and machining activities, ensure drawings are followed, maintain quality records, and develop manpower for future growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience setting up or managing shop-floor operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish shop-floor layout and workflow with SOPs.
• Plan daily/weekly production and allocate manpower.
• Supervise fabrication, welding, metal forming, and machining.
• Ensure drawings are followed and quality records kept.
• Develop and guide operators for future growth.
