• Graduate with experience in shipping preferably from similar industry background.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience with documentation like LC/DP/TT.

• Check the cargo readiness status with suppliers.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with teams.
• Monitor shipments and process forwarder payment.

Shipping Coordinator

Job description

• Check the cargo readiness status with suppliers.
• Freight Checking and shipment release to suppliers.
• DSO freight Checking, Shipment release and arrange documents for billing.
• PO Creation in SAP.
• Preparation and circulation of container arrival report.
• Monitoring UAE/DSO shipments (Follow up with Supplier and Forwarder).
• Checking and confirmation of shipping documents (LC/DP/TT) and follow up on original documents.
• Arrange documents for balance payment (TT).
• Bank Documents follow up (LC/DP)
• Arrange DO and Invoice from forwarders for Jebel Ali/ UAQ shipments.
• Coordinate logistics team for cargo clearance.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for DSO shipments.
• SAP item price updation.
• Process forwarder payments.

Education and experience

• Graduate with experience in shipping preferably from similar industry background.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience with documentation like LC/DP/TT
