Job summary

CAE in Dubai is seeking a role to ensure the Fleet achieves ECFT and Departmental KPIs, with regular reporting of fleet statistics to the Deputy Manager. You will be accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators and coordinate with chief instructors to review input and provide feedback.

The role may involve participation in authorities' recurrent evaluations, managing issues raised by authorities, and ensuring timely closure.

About This Role

Ensure Fleet achieve ECFT & Departmental Key Performance Indicators. Refer to Quality Targets and work instructions and report fleet statistics to the Deputy Manager on regular basis.

Accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators. Ensure all open DRs are brought to closure in a timely manner. May be required to arrange Regular meetings with Chief instructors of all the fleet and review the input and provide feedback. Attend the Voice of Customer meetings when required and action/report on the issues related to the fleet.

May be required to participate in the annual Authorities recurrent evaluations. Manage Authorities raised issues and ensure issues are cleared within time limit set by the authorities. Manage Authorities follow up reports.

Make sure all maintenance records across the fleet are uptodate and will be required to participate in internal and external audits. Manage manpower support when workload demands additional manpower.
