Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years in water desalination and power plants with 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and NOMAC operations.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Project management and people leadership skills.
• Strong planning, organizing and integration abilities.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift team to meet targets and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor plant performance and provide operations support during the shift.
• Oversee day-to-day plant activities ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Review SOPs and processes; recommend improvements to Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely plan execution.
• Respond to abnormal conditions and take corrective actions during incidents.
• Maintain SAP planning/documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Uphold HSSE standards and environmental compliance.
• Represent the plant in technical meetings to resolve issues.
