Fresh Graduate Opportunity: Shariah Auditor – RAKBANK Graduate Program

Duration: 8–12 months (with full-time placement upon completion)

About the Graduate Program

RAKBANK, in collaboration with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), is offering a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their careers in Islamic Banking. This structured program includes 8 to 12 months of immersive training, mentorship, and real-world experience, leading to a full-time role as a Shariah Auditor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Shariah Auditor, you will:

  • Learn how to conduct Shariah audits across Islamic Banking operations.
  • Understand and apply guidelines, and decisions issued by the Internal Shariah Supervision Committee (ISSC).
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gain exposure to AAOIFI standards and UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • Work closely with experienced Shariah professionals and mentors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UAE National with a valid family book
  • Fresh graduate in Islamic Finance, Shariah, Accounting, or related fields
  • Strong interest in Islamic Banking and Shariah compliance
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment
