Job Description

• Performing color matching tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy of colors
• Measuring and mixing pigments and dyes to achieve desired shades and hues
• Matching colors to customer specifications and samples
• Documenting and recording color formulas and mixing procedures
• Performing quality control checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy
• Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure consistency in color throughout the manufacturing process
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Following safety protocols and guidelines while handling pigments and dyes
• Flexible to work for extended hours during peak workflow or orders.
• Record the inventory inward / outward of all colors and pigments used and maintain the report of the same

Desired Candidate Profile

• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in color shades.
• Knowledge of color theory and how different colors interact with each other.
• Experience in using color matching equipment and software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Good communication skills to liaise with different departments and clients.
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
• ·Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the job.
• Willingness to learn and continually improve color matching skills and knowledge.
• Good MS Office skills and Fluency in MS Excel.
